CAN I CANCEL A LLC WHICH WAS MADE ON ACCIDENT?

ok here is my story i was thing about incorporating my company so to avoid the time consuming paper work i had a third party site do it for me and so i payed the fees through there site but then the next day backout talk to the representative and had them cancel it and they refunded my money back and ensured me no paper work went through the state(CA) yet but now some way some how the paper work did go through after a couple weeks later i get a email saying my company is now approved and register in California as a llc my question is can i cancel this whole mess without paying the big fees like the franchise tax which is like 800 dollars i haven't did any form of business yet and do not want my company as a llc right now due to my company will not be grossing too much and the site that accidentally turn in the paperwork will not even help me and is telling me i have to talk to the secretary of state .
