Lots of beggars in Kuwait? I just saw one/two in Khitan .. nowhere else. anyway it depends on the person sometimes I ignore him/her sometimes I give them what I can. I'm shocked that there's beggars near H/R, tekka or sultan. I'm almost their daily, and never met one.
