I filed for a trademark, now do I need to pay for "Trademark Security"?

I received an e-mail from USTMSA.com suggesting I pay for trademark security at prices from $99 per year -checked monthly, upwards of $350 per year and checked weekly. Is this just a third party service trying to make a buck because they obviously had to purchase my information through my trademark application.. Thanks.
