Long distant relationships SUCK! I've had plenty of those. They hardly ever last. Even though you say you love him, you're still wasting your time on him. Also, it seems like he hardly pays any attention to you; Besides, you're 17, there's plenty more guys out there!(: Haha, I should take my own advice...considering I'm 14. Anyhow, Just let it be.
