Do you feel that Mccain's decision to choose sarahpalin was a desperate attempt to gain the hilaryclinton vote?

I believe that Mccains was desperate and he chose sarah palin in hopes of gaining the hilary clinton voters she obviously isn't a good candidate or a very experienced one.
