I need to loose some serious weight?
I weight 174 and my normal weight is suppose to be about 135. I want to loose 40 pounds in about 1 to 2 months. Is this possible? I recently started exercising everyday for about an hour and a half each day but its hard for me to diet. I have cut back alot of foods but i'm still stuck on things like cereal (raisin bran) i eat like 6 or bowls a day. Other than that I try to eat very little.. So if I eat like I do, drik water, and exercise every single day. Will i loose 40 pounds by he end of this month or the next 2 months?????help please!!!!!!!!!
