Question for military recruiters about Marine enlistment?

Im currently in the Marine DEP with an active open contract. I signed my first enlistment and took my first oath at MEPS. Can I drop out of DEP? Ive been offered the opportunity to run my own business. I dont think reserves would work out. Ive heard that technically you cant get out but if the recruiter is cool he can drop you.
