A question involving auras!?

I was playing Carol Vorderman's Sudoko (which can illuminate) in the dark around 1am at night, I was playing it when it illuminated (when it illuminates it turns to a bright orange colour). After playing this game, I went to sleep, then I started having weird auras in my sleep, i seen green and pink stripes and a mive green blob at the bottom left hand corner. I got worried, everytime this happened, I went to put the light on, but this never worked either. But I got to sleep in the end. Furthermore, I need someone to tell me what happened when I played Carol Vorderman's Illuminative Sudoko before I went to sleep because I'm still worried that I'm going to get the auras (it happened to me last night, but it only lasted for about five minutes). I also forgot to tell you, when I woke up yesterday, I felt very dizzy all day. Can you tell me something about that as well please?
