Was the Machusetts Colony (of the first 13 Colonies) founded in 1620 or 1630?

The Plymouth Colony was founded in 1620 but the Machusetts Bay Colony was founded in 1630. We were igned the Machusetts Colony. We emailed our teacher, but she never answered. PLEASE HELP!
