Why does this not disprove evolution?

Creationists love to talk about the hominid fossils that were found and then discovered to various "normal" bones like those of primates, an arthritic man, a swine's tooth, etc. Then they say that we have not yet found a satisfying evolutionary link to our supposed ancestors. What evidence can you pull up to prove them wrong? This question goes out to my fellow atheists as well as theistic evolutionists.
